Totally ADD – Created by the man behind the Keys to ADD book, Order of Ontario and Order of Canada recipient, Rick Green. An incredible resource dedicated to liberating people from the shame and stigma of ADHD with doses of humour, education and social interaction.

CHADD – A charitable organisation to support, educate, and advocate for individuals with ADHD, and those who are there for them. Integrity with a respectful, open communication and a demonstrated commitment to diversity in all its forms.

ADDA – The source for information and resources exclusively for and about adult ADHD. ADDA brings together scientific perspectives and the human experience to generate hope, awareness, empowerment and connections worldwide in the field of ADHD.

Information on Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder An information source and resource, its informative resources provide understanding of ADHD and additional help for health professionals.

PANDA – A resource in French from Quebec. An information and support resource for ADHD people fighting substance abuse and addiction.

Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada – CADDAC is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of those with ADHD through awareness, education and advocacy. Through research and development, they provide current scientific based information, and support individuals, families and organisations.

Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance CADDRA is an independent, not-for-profit, resource organization for medical, healthcare and research professionals with an interest in the field of ADHD.

Support Group Meetings

  • The Toronto Adult ADD Support Group – The Toronto Adult ADD Support Group (TAASG) is an online support group utilising the ZOOM platform for the duration of the pandemic, organised by and for adults with ADD/ADHD. The group meets to discuss the challenges and advantages associated with Adult ADD/ADHD. TAASG provides practical support, encouragement, knowledge, experience, emotional and social cheer that assists in building self-esteem and coping strategies. Occasionally, there will be professional guest speakers.
