  • 211 Community Helpline: 211 or text 21166 (Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 9:00 pm) to find food bank, housing and community support and more. 211toronto.ca.
  • Telehealth Ontario: Free, confidential telephone service can be called to get health advice or general health information from a Registered Nurse - 1 866-797-0000. 
  • Stella's Place: Stella’s Place provides free mental health services for young adults ages 16 to 29. We have a holistic menu of programs, including peer support, clinical services, employment support, wellness, art, and recovery programs. We work to help young adults learn skills, build community and be empowered to manage their own mental health. stellasplace.ca.

  • Distress Centres of Greater Toronto: Since 1967, Distress Centres of Greater Toronto has provided 24-hour support, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to individuals in our community at risk and their most vulnerable. We are Canada’s oldest volunteer-delivered crisis, emotional support and suicide prevention + intervention + postvention service agency.
