An in-depth review of The Laundry List Workbook exclusively available to those who have completed the Compassion Course twice.
The Compassion Course 2.0 is a deeper, in-depth small-group workbook study of pointed questions to guide the individual in relieving actual episodes that produced feelings of inferiority, shame, guilt, low self-esteem, and anger. A recovery process for healing emotional intoxication caused by mild trauma and its continued reenactment. For this course, an accountability component is added where participant create positive daily habits from proven techniques.

Improve you understanding of feelings and emotions and practice how to process them.
The Workbook expands the brief description of the “Other” or Opposite Laundry List. It contains concise questions to guide you in reliving actual episodes that produced feelings of inferiority, shame, guilt, and anger (emotional intoxication). This workbook outlines a recovery process for healing the injury and conflict caused by trauma and its continued reenactment, and for withdrawing from emotional intoxication.
