The Compassion Course (Week 1)

Prerequisite: Completion of the Accountability-Keys course.
THIS STUDY GROUP WILL NOT ADMIT NEW MEMBERS AFTER WEEK TWO. IT IS NOT A DROP-IN.
The Compassion Course is an introspective small- group study of habitual behaviours stemming from the individual’s early years. A checklist of anything and everything that will go wrong in life and sadly occurs far too often. The goal is to break the pattern by instilling compassion, building self-awareness, empathy, clarity, confidence and self-determination. A safe place is created by the facilitator to ensure adequate trust, comfort to express feelings, and a desire to open up.
For Feelings, Emotional Well-Being and Cognitive Behaviours
A course that will help to:
– Improve all your relationships (especially those with yourself, your past, your present, your future, your strengths, your boss, your friends …)
– Become more loved, loving and lovable
– Improve you understanding of feelings and emotions and practice how to process them.
