Harris Rosen is the Co-founder of ADHD Toronto, Canada’s Adult ADHD support group and community. His proactive self-care action plans stop unhealthy, negative thoughts and feelings and enable ADHD adults to progress.
Harris is certified for Uncommon Sense Learning (Deep Teaching Solutions), MHA Peer Support Training and MHA Mental Health First Aid, Coaching Practices, Setting Expectations and Assessing Performance Issues, and Managing as a Coach (UC Davis). With additional certifications for ADHD: Everyday Strategies for Elementary Students; Stoic Mindfulness & Resilience Training; Transitions to Communities; and the wellness course study of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Writing Therapy, and WRAP. Harris also earned certificates from the University of Michigan, Northwestern University, and the University of Washington. He is the recipient of Rotman School of Management and CAMH Social Enterprise Development.
Previously, Harris published an independent national publication with a readership of 300 000. Across six continents, he interviewed the likes of Notorious B.I.G., Eminem, Daft Punk, Metallica, Kiss, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Mary J. Blige, Destiny’s Child, Aaliyah, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Floyd Mayweather, Jr, Georges St. Pierre and countless others. He facilitates Partnered Accountability Resources and Tools and Compassion Course at ADHD Toronto. No Magic Pill, a book on his journey scheduled for 2022 release.
