WRAP – Wellness Recovery Action Plan – is an evidenced-based Wellness Course that has provided help to millions – directly and indirectly.
The concepts, skills and strategies you discover in this course can be used in addition to your current wellness practice.
Each WRAP will be limited to 14 nice ADHD folks.
Over 4 million people have taken WRAP in the U.S.A since it began in 1997. It is now offered in all 50 USA states and several countries.
