Cerebral Indications

Trouble focusing
Struggle to make choices
Adverse viewpoint on life
Continuous anxiety

Emotional Signs

Overall moodiness
Irritability or quick rage
Anxiety, anger, and the incapacity to rest
Feeling lonely and isolated
Depression or prevailing sadness

Physical Traits

Aches and soreness in the body
Diarrhea or constipation, bowel difficulties
Vomiting, dizziness, reeling
Chest discomfort, fast pulse, the pounding of the heart
Lack of sex impulse
Common colds or flu sicknesses

Behavioural Indications

Snoozing excessively or too light
Separating yourself from others
Delaying or ignoring life’s obligations
Using alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs to unwind, or in abundance
Neurotic fixations
