Harris Rosen is the Co-founder of ADHD Toronto, Canada’s Adult ADHD community. His proactive self-care action plans stop unhealthy, negative thoughts and feelings, and enable Adult ADDers to progress.
Harris received certifications for MHA Peer Support Training, MHA Mental Health First Aid, Stoic Mindfulness & Resilience Training, Transitions to Communities, and the wellness course study of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Writing Therapy, and WRAP. He is a Rotman School of Management and CAMH Social Enterprise Development recipient.
Previously, he brought an independent publication from his parent’s basement to national prominence with over 300 000 readers per issue, and interviewed hundreds of acclaimed music artists, creatives and athletes across six continents. Harris facilitates the Accountability-KEYS and Compassion Courses at ADHD Toronto and is writing a book on his journey, No Magic Pill.
