Harris Rosen is the Co-founder of ADHD Toronto, Canada’s Adult ADHD community. His proactive daily action plans stop unhealthy, negative thoughts and feelings, and enable Adult ADDer’s to advance. Harris scored 100% in the Cal Voices/NorCal Mental Health America Workforce Integration Support and Education University Peer Training Academy certification course. He has also completed the wellness course study of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Writing Therapy, WRAP, Stoic Mindfulness & Resilience Training, and Transition to Communities. Besides, a Rotman School of Management and CAMH Social Enterprise Development recipient. As the publisher of a national lifestyle magazine, he travelled to six continents over twenty years interviewing hundreds of acclaimed music artists, creatives and athletes. Harris facilitates the Accountability-KEYS and Compassion Courses at ADHD Toronto and is writing a book on his journey, No Magic Pill.
