Seminar I: Developing a Wellness Recovery Action Plan®

WRAP – Wellness Recovery Action Plan – is an evidenced-based Wellness Course that has provided help to millions – directly and indirectly.

WRAP Includes:

  • Wellness Toolbox
  • Daily Maintenance Plan
  • Triggers and Action Plan
  • Early Warning Signs and Action Plan
  • When Things are Breaking Down and Action Plan
  • Crisis Plan
  • Post Crisis Planning

The concepts, skills and strategies you discover in this course can be used in addition to current wellness practice.

Over 4 million people have taken WRAP in the U.S.A since it began in 1997. It is now offered in all 50 States and several other countries.

WRAP will:

  1. Help you stay as well as possible.
  2. Help you keep track of difficult feelings and behaviours, and develop action plans to help you feel better.
  3. Tell others what to do for you when you feel so badly you can’t make decisions, take care of yourself and keep yourself safe.

You Can Use WRAP as a tool to help insure your success if you are planning change in your life, like:

  • Getting a Job or Changing jobs
  • Increasing your Work Hours and Taking on More Responsibilities
  • Getting More Education or Training
  • Leaving Supported Housing and Moving
  • Beginning or Leaving a Relationship and Having a Child
