Medium

Examples: eat three healthy meals a day; get 7-8 hours of sleep daily; daily journal writing, prayer or meditation practice; acquire a new job; achieve a promotion; complete a certificate program.

Long-term

Examples: get your dream job; write a book; learn how to cook or bake; start a support group; be a mentor; find a life partner; complete a degree program.
